A proud Plano native and University of Texas at Austin alumna (Hook ‘em!), Sanju has spent the last 27 years building a distinguished real estate career rooted in service, strategy, and results. Most recently, she served as VP of Sales – North Division at Highland Homes, where she helped lead the successful sale, construction, and closing of 550–700 homes annually.

Sanju is equally devoted in her personal life—married for 14 years and mom to a 13-year-old daughter and three incredibly spoiled Shih Tzus (whom she unapologetically adores). She’s an avid traveler who finds inspiration in exploring new places and cultures—and brings that same energy and curiosity to every client, team, and challenge.
